The processor fails to achieve its boost speed settings.
Hello. Your CPU (A8 7680) isn't reaching its turbo speeds—it runs at 3.5 GHz and the turbo is at 3.8 GHz. I haven’t found any fixes in the BIOS yet. Have you tried checking other settings or contacting the manufacturer for further help?
Only one core boost frequency is available. It doesn't help with multi-threaded operations. As long as it maintains the highest p-state clocks at 3.5ghz under multi-core workloads, you shouldn't have major concerns.
You likely require a more efficient CPU cooling solution. Turbo boost capabilities depend on the CPU functioning within its throttling limits. Excessive heat can prevent boost from activating, possibly causing the CPU to run slower than intended. You might also consider adjusting or replacing your heat sink. (It's also possible the power supply lacks sufficient power, but temperature issues are more common for this behavior.) EDIT: RAM clock speeds could be another factor—check your CPU's RAM rates and share the details if you'd like us to investigate further.
