I recently installed GTA V on my solid-state drive, along with OpenIV (which is designed to be installed directly onto my SSD). Over the last few days, I've encountered difficulties installing mods. Because the game and OpenIV are both stored on my SSD, I initially believed I needed to transfer the mod files to the SSD before installing them using drag-and-drop. However, I am not running with administrator privileges, and all of my files reside on a single storage drive, not multiple ones. I'm struggling to grasp the reason for these issues and would greatly appreciate any suggestions on how to resolve them. Thank you!

If a new version exists, you’ll likely need to completely reinstall the entire mods directory.
