Raptor computing Systems produces motherboards designed for a specific POWER CPU socket. They don’t support x64, ARM, or the older PowerPC variant used in past Macintosh models and the Wii. The standard Mobo and CPU package costs over $1,700 USD. Trying to reverse-engineer an x64 to POWER translation would likely not offer much value since POWER Linux lacks comparable software compared to x64 and ARM, unless you're mistaken or can easily recompile.

You don't change to POWER; you rely on it since alternatives aren't available. Similar to Itanium, its longevity stems from companies avoiding costly overhauls of their full software systems while still investing in quicker servers.

In 2017, HP Enterprise had been the final producer of such systems for several years prior to its conclusion.

Alternative designs appear intriguing because of their complexity, but I’d need help from a specialist in Russian programming to build a custom JIT tool that converts x64 code to the desired system.
