I swapped a fanless tower for a CPU fan in an old system. This led to increased noise from the power supply. The fan I installed is the "Intel E97379-001 CPU Cooler". Based on pcpartpicker, it has an estimated wattage of 10. Will this adjustment harm the power supply or other parts?

According to pcpartpicker, the estimated wattage is 10. When sharing a troubleshooting thread, it's standard to provide full system specifications. List them clearly as follows:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
Include the PSU age along with its make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this time.
