I built my first PC and everything looked good after assembly and powering it on. However, the PSU is making a clicking noise while the RGB lights flicker. I've tried swapping out wires, reattaching the GPU, RAM, but the problem persists. Could you assist? PXL_20230324_200304775_TS.mp4

What PSU model are you using? I've also heard that some Gigabyte PSUs, especially those under 850W, can have a poor fan performance.
