The power settings on my computers are missing, and I don't understand what caused it.
It began last night after I tried to power off the computer. The only choices were "Sleep" or "Switch Users." I've checked various methods—like using the Register Editor and Local Group Policy Editor—and confirmed no corrupted files exist. I haven't done a full reset, but I'm worried about it. Feeling confused, this issue really bothers me. If it could assist, my Windows version is 10.0.19045.2546.
If you click on power, it should appear there. Also, right-click the Windows button. If nothing works, try resetting all power settings to their default state and revert any registry or group policy changes you've made. Disable fast startup and sleep features, as these are often problematic. (And sorry for my official Microsoft mascot—she’s a bit chatty!)
