Please review your setup to ensure everything is connected correctly. The motherboard isn't powering on, and all components are new—let me know if you need further help.

You forgot the CPU and a storage drive. Edit: Won't stop it from turning on, power switch is in the correct place, but your front panel is also hooked up wrong.

There's no CPU and no graphics output. Is this a scenario where you don't have all your parts yet and you're anxious to make sure the ones you do have work, or something?

No, I'm just curious about seeing those fan cases in action.

You just realized a mistake. Didn't use the standoffs when connecting the motherboard to the case? That could cause a short circuit. Please use the provided standoffs and don't power it up yet.

Case fans are likely controlled either by the motherboard or via a USB-connected controller, making it hard to imagine them running without a processor. Concerning the setup, the standoffs and screws are flipped—nuts sit between the motherboard and case to prevent grounding, with screws going through from the top for stability. The missing CPU cooler brackets are noted, and some standoff holes have incorrect screws or none at all. I hope this isn’t a joke; if it is, the person asking might need help finishing or clarifying. No worries about the rest. Just double-check the front panel wiring (PWR, RESET, HDD) as board differences exist, and your reset connections may be on opposite sides.

Despite not stopping the power from turning on, the RAM sticks need to be placed in the opposite slots. I wasn't sure at first, but checking the original images confirmed it seems like the standoffs aren't aligned correctly.

Are you not in the right spot? They're actually upside down!

Power connectors are the main concern, not the fans or standoffs. I usually suggest assembling the PC outside the case and checking the power pins with a screwdriver, even if everything is inside. You should still short the pins with a screwdriver to mimic the power button.

These are for the CPU cooler. The gold-colored ones are the ones missing from the motherboard case. They seemed to be absent.
