MSI B75A-G43 Gaming is equipped with an i7-2600K processor.
It uses 4x4 G.Skills Sniper DDR3 at 1333MHz.
The system runs on a RM 650X 80+ Gold power supply.

Backstory:
Three days ago I attempted to overclock the 2600K once more, adjusting the CPU ratio to 38 and increasing the RAM voltage to 1.6. The PC failed to boot, and the monitor, keyboard, and mouse showed no signal. After unplugging the machine and holding the power button for 30 seconds, it eventually restarted. Once operational, the PC functions properly with no performance issues.

Solutions tried:
- Restored BIOS settings to defaults and removed all overclocking profiles.
- Cleared CMOS multiple times, with the last session lasting up to 1.5 hours.
- Reassembled components, swapped RAM modules and SATA ports.
- Reinstalled Windows 10 three times and updated drivers.

Despite these efforts, the PC still experiences delays during boot-up after shutdowns. Occasionally it boots normally when restarted, but not consistently.

I would suggest flashing the BIOS to best ensure that everything has been reset. If your motherboard is already at the latest revision it will simply overwrite the existing data. Here is a link to the BIOS download for your MB:
http://download.msi.com/bos_exe/mb/7798vA5.zip
I understand that you have already restored your settings, however, I have seen instances where flashing the BIOS is the only way to fully recover.
Thanks,
- Jim P.

I recommend updating the BIOS to guarantee a complete reset. If your motherboard is up to date, it will replace the current data. You can find the BIOS file here: http://download.msi.com/bos_exe/mb/7798vA5.zip
I know you've already saved your settings, but I've noticed cases where flushing the BIOS is necessary for full recovery.
Best regards,
- Jim P.

@Jim attempted to install the bios, but the computer became stuck in a boot loop. Fortunately, the keyboard and mouse are getting power and signals when turned on, though the monitor remains unresponsive.

Hi, I managed to get into the BIOS after resetting the CMOS multiple times by unplugging the PC and holding the power button for about 30 seconds. A black screen appeared with the message "the bios is damaged." The system then loaded the BIOS and prompted me to recover the file. Since I already had the file on a USB drive, I installed it there. After the setup, my PC restarted and everything functioned properly—power and signals were received, and I no longer experienced boot loops.

I tried using the latest BIOS version dated 10/30/2013 instead of the one provided.
