PCpartpicker is ideal for locating affordable components with precise specifications. A custom water loop setup worked well for me before I upgraded to the 11700K, and I’m happy it performed reliably at around 270W.

The schedules are quite flexible. 20-30-30-50 feels slow. My 4400 Vipers run stock at 15-19-19-30, and that's before I adjust them. Seek a solid foundation to launch from. Aim for mid to high teens, low 20s for the base settings, which can help you get going. You might also try B-Die Finder.
