Hello!
Can you please guys tell me if this is a good OC or not?

I can't get it any higher on core even with adding voltages.I've seen someone Oced the same card 160+ on core and 990+on memory. But I cannot have the same OC even with max voltages :/ So is it still a good oc or not?
every chip behaves uniquely. just because someone else or a review scores well on the core doesn't guarantee the same result for you.
switch away from the gigabyte easy tune program and opt for msi afterburner instead.
as long as your GPU core and VRM temperatures stay within limits, increase the voltage further.
you won't damage the stock BIOS. push the voltage slider to its maximum and observe the effects.
run unigen valley or heaven in a loop for 20 minutes to monitor temperatures.
keep the temperature settings below the priority threshold at stock.
adjust the fan curve more aggressively until acceptable noise levels are achieved.
i wouldn't risk much with memory overclocking either—it might only give a slight improvement of 1-2 frames per second in games, but it increases heat production.

don’t heavily tweak memory overclocking either; it may only boost performance slightly, like a few frames per second in games, but increases heat.
consider saving that extra heat for core stability.
lower the 130% power target slider—set it just high enough to prevent throttling, maybe a bit higher than the card’s current limit.
I think these are solid outcomes, I just received the same card and still can't achieve stability across both valley and heaven with more than +110mhz on the core and +500mhz on the mem (which equals +1000mhz in OC Guru using Aferburner). Without increasing any extra core voltage, the maximum boost core clock is 1477mhz and the max mem clock is 8000mhz. I believe a +130 result is well above average if not exceptional, and +160mhz is just incredible—I say it's the highest anyone can reach (this is very close to the results).

the OC guru could hit with this card is likely reaching the 1529mhz boost clock limit, so congratulations on your card—it's a solid example.
One question though, if I may, what is the ASCI reading you see in GPU-Z? Mine is 73.6%.
