Hi, a few weeks ago I purchased a PC. Most games are running smoothly, but for certain titles like Modern Warfare or Metro Exodus, even when I'm above 60 fps, they don’t feel smooth. I’m not sure what’s causing it—it might not be input lag, just that the experience doesn’t match expectations at higher frame rates. My monitor is set to 144hz in NVCP, but I’ve looked online for solutions and am starting to lose hope. The worst part is that motion blur makes things feel smooth, yet it still causes headaches, especially in competitive FPS games. What could be the problem?
It seems the RAM might be preinstalled with the system, which affects XMP settings. The BIOS shows disabled status and no enabled option is visible. The specs are 2x8GB DDR4 at 3200mhz, but it likely isn't reaching full speed.
