I and my friend assembled a PC using a Ryzen 7 7800X3D, RX 7900 XTX, and an RTX 7900 XT graphics card. The power supply was a 750W PSU with a bronze casing. We managed to access the BIOS but couldn't proceed further. Currently, we only see a red CPU indicator light. After turning off the PC, it became increasingly active before shutting down again. It powers on and then turns back on, displaying just a red light. Is this related to the CPU or the PSU? I'm unsure what went wrong. Appreciate your assistance.

Use the BIOS Flashback feature to update your BIOS. This method is suggested for the X3D on the ASUS board.

This might be the cause since the issue is brand new. We reached the BIOS after turning off the PC, but it wouldn’t start at all.

It might be helpful to eliminate potential causes by removing the CMOS battery from the motherboard for five minutes, then reattaching it. This can restore the BIOS to its original configuration if needed.
