In reality, considering @manikyath's feedback and my professional experience with WoL, I suggest switching the "Power Restore" option in your system's BIOS to "ON." Then, plug in a Matter-compatible Smart Plug—such as the ones from TP-Link—to your AC outlet. This setup will allow you to control power on/off via the smart plug while ensuring your motherboard automatically powers up when AC is restored. (Remember to fully shut down the PC before disconnecting the smart plug.)
