I own an MSI Pro B660M-A DDR4 board with an ASUS RTX 3090, and I'm trying to understand why my PCIe Gen 4 slot isn't working while the Gen 3 slot does. I suspect it might be related to BIOS but haven't found any specific guidance about this issue.

Are there M.2 drives set up? Certain cards reduce PCIe4 performance to PCIe3, and some graphics cards may not function properly at PCIe3.

I also have an M.2 drive, and the GPU is running in the Gen 3 slot, but I'm hoping it will work properly in the Gen 4 slot.
