I was attempting to install my AMD FX 9590 in Gigabyte UEFI dual-bios, setting the CPU frequency to 25 and saving before exiting. The PC powers on with LED lights and fans but doesn’t display on the TV via HDMI cable. I tried using the CMOS battery reset method, but the system still won’t turn on. I need assistance urgently since this is my first PC. Here’s what I have: CPU – AMD FX-9590, GPU – Nvidia GTX 1080 3 GB, Motherboard – Gigabyte 990Fxa-UD3, 120GB SSD, cooler master liquid cooler lite 120.

Remove the CMOS battery, shut off power by setting the PSU to 0, press the case power button a few times, hold it for over 30 seconds, reinstall the battery, restart the system, open BIOS, and confirm all settings are restored.
