I'm building my first PC and following the guide from a few years ago. Right now I'm testing the motherboard with most components installed to verify everything is reading correctly. It worked initially, but without the graphics card it wouldn't power on. When I tried again, it didn't start at all—power supply is active but the system remains off. Please help me figure this out.
