I purchased the pre-built version because I lack experience with PC building or hardware. Don't worry about me! The computer starts up but doesn't connect to any of the back panel ports. The video shows it powering on, yet monitors, keyboard, sound bar, and mouse aren't working. EK is facing some structural problems and is slowly responding to my requests. I'm counting on someone here to guide me. The warranty remains valid if I get help from EK.
The system specifications are as follows: motherboard details, CPU information, RAM capacity, GPU model, power supply unit, case type, CPU cooler inclusion, storage configuration. I have confirmed whether this setup has operated correctly in 2023 and noted any recent changes that may have occurred before the issue started.

I purchased the PC in September 2023, and it performed exactly as it does now. Red flag #2 We returned it to EK, and they claimed to have fixed it, but it still worked perfectly for a full year. Nothing changed before it started. I was on the night before, shut it down, and we woke up the next morning with what you see in the video.
