My pc keeps entering the bios after turning on, no matter what I do. I attempted to remove the cmos battery, switch to uefi mode, create a recovery drive, update bios, but it still doesn't read my usb. I changed the ram and motherboard along with an ssd. Anyone have any advice?

When no bootable operating system is found, the PC will automatically go into BIOS each time it powers on. Ensure your operating system drive is recognized in BIOS and that a bootable OS is present there (otherwise, install one).

I attempted to start it via a recovery drive but encountered a blue screen displaying ntfs.sys.

This indicates the Windows operating system is severely damaged and cannot be fixed. You should format the OS drive and perform a clean installation of Windows. Alternatively, if the issue stems from a failing OS drive, consider switching to a different operating system drive.

Prepare a Windows installation media for a USB thumb drive by following the instructions on the provided link. Choose between Win10 or Win11, as the new page details the steps for using the Media Creation Tool.
