Sometimes my PC powers off and restarts normally, but this might be problematic for certain parts if shutdowns occur repeatedly? Should I consider a more powerful PSU?

I’m currently overclocking with MSI Afterburner using a recommended setting. Parameters:
Core Voltage +100
Power Limit +107
Temp Limit 88
Core Clock +200
Memory Clock +1000

Determine the exact timing of the system reboot by monitoring temperatures. Record the current ambient room temperature. Note the BIOS version on your motherboard at this moment. Inspect Device Manager for any entries marked with a yellow warning sign.

Using someone else's overclock numbers without thoroughly testing your own setup can cause problems. Every system is different—what fits one might not work on another. Use their data as a guide, but make sure to do your own detailed research afterward. I personally run my GPU lower than expected with MSI Afterburner, capping power at 95%. This helped fix occasional crashes during long render times for a still-developing video app. Sometimes keeping things stable is better than chasing speed.
