Hello, I'm experiencing a problem where my PC sometimes restarts repeatedly when I power it on. After a successful boot, it shows a message saying "No Vbios detected" and everything functions normally. This happens more often when the PC is turned on but the monitors are not yet connected. It also occurs occasionally if the wireless mouse isn't turned on, though it might just be a coincidence. I'm looking for possible causes and a solution.

Is there a vBIOS toggle available on your graphics card? If yes, switch to the alternate profile and check if the problems persist.

Typically, when a graphics card includes one, it's a tiny switch oriented in the same way as the power cable. A photo illustrates its approximate position. This switch indicates the OC/Silent setting, showing which BIOS configuration the card uses.
