It was designed to operate before release and is currently new. Fans typically spin continuously unless stopped by software or physical constraints. Powering it up usually causes the top-right light to illuminate. Here are the detailed specifications: [Insert full specs here].

I recently purchased the motherboard since I lacked one and had the necessary components. The fan operates continuously even when powered on, white light activates CPU debugging only once, then it shuts down. You have an Intel Core i7 10700F with MSI Ventus 1660 Ti.

Check RAM installation and power supply connection. Reconnect RAM and test other slots if needed.

I'm not an expert, but verify the CPU is correctly placed in the socket. Check for any bent LGA pins inside the socket. Confirm your BIOS is current and compatible with your CPU model. Besides that, it might indicate a dead CPU or motherboard, which could require replacement. It's tricky to judge from the LEDs, but clearer with debug numerals—like getting an OO code for a dead or missing CPU. Good luck!

If bending one pin doesn't work, check the alignment and pressure. Ensure the pin is properly seated before applying force.

The connection to the CPU will stop working and that pin might short or become ungrounded where it shouldn’t. The outcome can vary. Occasionally nothing appears faulty, but sometimes memory fails... occasionally the system won’t start at all. All pins must be properly aligned, and they are quite sensitive.

if there are bends on the pins, it might be possible to straighten them using a toothpick or fishing wire very gently. you could also verify this yourself. however, it’s better to test RAM first—i’ve faced issues with faulty or improperly installed RAM before. testing each one individually is simpler if your motherboard has a speaker.
