Hi, I see you're having trouble with the postcode formatting. Please ensure your postcode is entered correctly in the designated field. If the issue persists, double-check the input format or contact support for further assistance.

Windows 10? You definitely don’t have to provide a postcode. This whole procedure isn’t required—go back a few steps and halt this sign-up. Unplug the network cable, disconnect from WiFi—don’t log in with a Microsoft account. You’re registering for a Microsoft online account. Don’t do that.

The country setting was configured for the UK, which uses postal codes without leading numbers, resolving the formatting issue you encountered.
