Hello, I'm experiencing slow loading for software and games intermittently, usually after a reboot. The issue feels like a severely sluggish hard drive, but it doesn't seem directly tied to the size or complexity of the programs. Even opening simple apps like a calculator takes a noticeable amount of time, yet games can be equally slow. The problem appears every 5 to 10 startup cycles and disappears once the PC restarts. Monitoring with htop shows normal CPU and RAM usage, so it's not related to system load. I've updated the BIOS but didn't see any improvement. Disabled all BIOS settings I found unnecessary, experimented with XMP profiles and defaulted back. If you know a specific BIOS setting that might help, please share. I've checked disk health and SMART status—everything looks fine. For further troubleshooting, consider testing other hardware components or consulting a professional.
