The PC reset feature isn't functioning.
I recently acquired an old PC that belonged to a friend and added a few new components. However, since it was his machine, I’m still using his Windows 10. I’m hesitant about changing it. Windows offers a reset feature that clears all data and reinstalls the OS, but each attempt returns an error without clear details. I considered downloading a Windows 10 installer from a USB drive, which would require wiping the partition—I’d prefer not to do that until I have the product key. I’m trying to locate the key but only seeing images in the picture. The PC was built by CyberPowerPC, so it wasn’t installed directly by them. I don’t know where to find the key or how to resolve this error message: “Reset failed – no changes made.” Please help if you can. Thanks!
