Hello! I'm from Brazil and I'm curious if anyone else has faced this problem. A few months ago, I noticed that after shutting down my PC and pressing the power button, it sometimes took 5 minutes and other times hours to restart. Eventually, I could only do it the next day. After replacing my RAM twice, checking both my SSD and HD still shows everything is working fine. I've also updated my BIOS.
Does it take ages to get to the desktop, or just to the Windows logo? Basically is Windows taking a long time to boot,or is the BIOS taking a long time to initialize hardware?
