I have a system with a 1-year-old setup, and for the past two to three weeks my PC won't power on unless I press the power button. Once it's turned on, everything works perfectly, but during startup there are problems. I'm curious if this is due to my PSU or if there are other issues I should check.
Does your setup include both a power source and a reset feature? If yes, swap them at the motherboard front panel connectors, turning the reset button into the power button. Press normally to check if the system boots correctly. The goal is to eliminate the existing power button as the issue.

I carried out your instructions and flipped it, which now allows my PC to restart in just one click via the reset switch. I’m okay with this situation so far, but if I need to repair the power switch later, is there a simple method? Or can I return it to the company? Will they cover the cost if it’s covered under warranty?

You should reach out to the case manufacturer to confirm whether this falls under their warranty. They might not respond quickly. It's unlikely they can fix the issue, and you might need to replace the whole case.
