I have an AMD Ryzen 3700x processor, a MSI tomahawk max motherboard, an NVIDIA RTX 2060 Zotac gaming graphics card, and a Corsair RM850 power supply unit.

Other gadgets also connect to the same outlet. Are your lamps and all your other electrical items functioning properly? You might have accidentally flipped a circuit breaker.

Hello, thank you for your message. Yes, additional devices function when connected to the same wall outlet, and all other electrical items operate normally.

It seems the PSU switch isn't fully engaged. Do you have a different PSU available for testing?

The switch on the power supply is fully engaged. There are no other PSUs available to test.

Inspect all motherboard cable connections. Verify that your motherboard and CPU power connectors are securely fastened—ensure they click properly at both ends. Examine every other cable on the power supply unit and check the opposite connection point. Remove and reinsert each plug until it snaps into place. Also, confirm whether you're using the original Corsair power supply cables or a different kit; look for any obvious bends in the wires.

It seems unusual. Have you unplugged the PC before taking out the CMOS? Either way, I’d make sure the PSU is off, disconnect the cable from the wall, remove the CMOS, let it sit for about half an hour, press the power button for a couple of seconds, then reinsert the battery and plug it back in. Flip the PSU switch and try starting the PC. If that doesn’t work, you might need to find a different PSU.
