The PC remains inactive after entering sleep mode.
Used Sleep feature in Windows for the first time. Previously, I relied on Turn Off PC and Logout options. Now the PC won’t wake up, display shows no signal, and stays on standby. USB devices like mouse and keyboard don’t respond. Tried USB recovery key to boot manually, but it didn’t work. Swapped the DP cable and rebooted multiple times without success. Need advice on further troubleshooting steps or adjusting BIOS settings to restore normal operation.
I've heard about this problem, it seems related to the motherboard on Ryzen 7000 series CPUs. Maybe a BIOS update is needed? You should wait for the power button to fully shut off before turning it back on. If that doesn't help, flipping the power supply switch to cut power might resolve it. I'm checking Google with EXPO enabled to disable Windows sleep, but I'm not sure if turning it off would fix the issue. It's possible through BIOS updates, drivers, or settings adjustments to work around it. Fast boot seems like another option to explore.
Fast startup is turned off. I can't access the BIOS! Or Windows. Still no display.
