Hi everyone, yesterday while watching YouTube my PC stopped working completely—no display and no sound. I changed the HDMI cable and monitor, but nothing happened. The RGB lights were on and the fans kept spinning. There were some booting problems with the motherboard battery causing long startup times and resetting the clock a few months ago, but the battery was replaced. I tried using my motherboard’s HDMI connection and it worked fine, though after a short time on the desktop it failed again. I’m still confused.

Model: Ryzen 33200g
CPU: RX6600
GPU: ASRock B450 Pro 4F
RAM: 2x8GB Ballistix 2666 MHz
Power Supply: Corsair CX650F RGB
Operating System: Windows 10
Last update: A week ago, two updates were pending.

I don’t know if turning it off and unplugging it would help, but I thought it was a good idea. Right now I’m not sure if that could be the reason. Thanks for your time.

Brand and model of the power supply unit? All drivers are current? Is Windows updated? Which BIOS version is installed on the motherboard?

PSU Corsair CX650F RGB works with Windows 10. Two updates were applied recently, and the BIOS was updated to version 8.1. It's unclear if this improves performance, but it's noted on the update page. ASRock advises against updating the BIOS if you plan to use Pinnacle, Raven or Summit Ridge CPUs. Before making changes, review the previous BIOS description.

Your CPU appears to be Picasso, which seems to be okay. Does this BIOS version cause any problems?

Yeah, the thing is I updated the bios a month ago and this issue happened yesterday. This morning it booted normally and could use it for an hour and it happened again.
