PSA Corsair 750RX paired with an AMD 3090 CPU, Intel 5950X processor, and a 1500VA power supply unit.
Your PSU isn't sufficient for the 3090. Consider upgrading to a 1000W unit.
Beyond potential RAM stability problems (typical for Ryzen when the board manufacturer's QVL isn't met), which would genuinely cause a crash rather than just stopping, that’s definitely the main reason for shutdown. Even top UPS systems can’t handle the PSU failing under overload, so you’re likely seeing 600W before it powers down because the sudden stop exceeds what the UPS can detect. Investigate upgrading your setup. Some models perform better than others, and I believe this more than component quality or energy efficiency ratings. I don’t have issues with my Corsair RM850x, but I do have an RTX3060ti that handles transient loads better than the 3070, 3080 and 3090. Edited September 9, 2022 by An0maly_76 Revised, more info
