I’m seeing this screen even after a fresh Windows Media installation. I cleared all my drives but the issue persists—files appear damaged or missing, like a missing kernel. Can you help me resolve this?

Have you considered moving Windows to another disk, or are you always installing on the same one? Maybe the drive just gave up.

I've been relying on the same SSD. Now I need to purchase a new one and try it out.

Could the issue remain unresolved despite a full reset?

Since the drive isn't working, I suggested you consider switching to a different one if available.
