Yes, it seems the term "power supply test" relates to the label on the tab that displays "Power".

Are you certain they are restarts? For example, the PC might shut down first before restarting again. A restart is a continuous process. Usually, it doesn’t notice LEDs turning off across the PC, and similar things. Sorry if I was too precise on this, but this detail can be important.

It seems like the system might have shut down, possibly due to a power supply issue.

The result indicates no issues were found during the power test.

The EVGA G6 650w unit is a strong power supply designed specifically by Seasonic for EVGA systems. I wouldn’t purchase another one unless you received it used or included in an already assembled setup without any documentation such as an invoice, receipt, or warranty details. In that case, I would send it back to EVGA because your symptoms seem to point toward a PSU problem, although other factors like CPU or graphics overheating could also be involved. Have you checked for any monitoring data to confirm the issue isn’t related to heat? If yes, how did you perform the checks and what tools did you use to track the thermal behavior?

It’s possible an overheating cap on the motherboard is triggering shutdowns and restarts similar to a power outage. Once it cools down, it should function normally again. Other comparable problems might exist, but the PSU remains the most probable cause given your system’s quality. A memory issue is also a consideration, though less likely since such problems usually lead to crashes or error messages rather than just performance drops.

Why are you only setting your drives to 2933MT/s even though your CPU and motherboard support much higher speeds? What is the real speed rating of your drives, or do you have the exact model? Knowing this would help verify compatibility with your system using the Corsair memory finder tool.

OCCT isn't the ultimate solution. It's a useful tool for spotting problems with a PSU, but its short test doesn't guarantee accurate results over extended periods or reveal the fine details of power output. If you know another reliable PSU to use, try that instead. Just ensure you don't reuse cables from other PSUs. You only have two choices for diagnosing a PSU: use another one you have, borrow one, or purchase a new one.
