The PC just refuses to turn on.
I haven't touched my gaming computer in a long time, so today I tried to turn it back on. When I did, the PC acted really slow. The Task Manager showed only 6% CPU usage, but there was an app with a hot bar at the top that claimed 100% CPU use. It looked like that app was working hard. But typing into any window in search took ten minutes just to get started.
I tried restarting to boot up in safe mode to see if I could figure it out, but suddenly everything crashed. My mouse stopped moving and the screen stayed black for twenty minutes before I had to power it off with a button. Now when I turn it back on, it won't start at all. The monitor, keyboard, and everything else is still completely off. I've left it alone for fifteen minutes now and nothing has happened yet.
Honestly, my first step is to wipe the memory stick's setting by resetting it.
