The PC isn't displaying anything.
My old PC suddenly stopped functioning. After shutting it down normally one day, it wouldn't power on the next morning. I spent a few hours helping a friend who works with computers, and we figured the motherboard (MSI Z77A-G43) was faulty. We replaced it with a similar model (MSI Z77A-G45), but nothing worked. I've tried clearing the BIOS using the CMOS button by removing the battery, removed the GPU, used only one RAM stick, and changed slots. Still no improvement. The screen, mouse, and keyboard don't turn on either. On the new board there are four CPU indicator lights all lit as expected. I've also switched PSUs before, but I'm not sure what else to try. Even though I plan to build a new PC soon, I still want it to work for a simple home server. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
I've encountered a comparable problem; have you switched to a different PSU and managed to fix it?
