I placed an order for a 12600kf, 32GB Corsair 3200 Vengeance RAM, an NVMe SSD, and I'm running an old GPU just to post to BIOS for a Windows install. Unfortunately, I'm not seeing any output and no signals are coming through. It might be the motherboard that's causing the issue.

What old GPU are you using? It's possible it might not support UEFI BIOSes which is what happened to me a few months prior. Also what motherboard are you using? Does it have POST status LEDs?
