Hi.
I assembled my own PC with assistance from my brother, who has built one before. It includes an Asus GeForce 1070 dual OC, 16GB RAM at 2666MHz, an Asus ROG Strix B350F gaming motherboard, and an AMD Ryzen 5 1600 processor. I purchased all of these last week.
I’m experiencing a shutdown issue where my PC suddenly powers off. Sometimes I need to disconnect the power cable before it starts up again. The case still has power, and the motherboard displays lights. This occurs occasionally after performing tasks in Al Suite 3. It’s not overclocking or anything else, just occasional fan tuning.
Some details from Al Suite 3:
GPU clock: 1500MHz
Memory clock: 8000MHz
CPU frequency fluctuates between 3400 and 3700MHz
CPU VDDCR voltage: 0.9-1.1V
Can you help me if you know anything about this?
You can configure fan profiles using QFan Control in BIOS, removing the requirement for AI Suite. I don’t have any issues with AI Suite III, though there are several discussions here from users who do. Also, if you frequently need to tweak fan speeds, you can always use a fan controller like this, provided there’s space.

Could you help me if you’re familiar with this? I had a similar issue when trying to run the fan optimization and Prime 95. I have the same motherboard with an AMD Ryzen 5 1600 and managed to restore functionality after uninstalling Aura Sync and AI Suite III. I was able to overclock again and successfully run Prime 95.
