Hello everyone, I'm looking for assistance with fixing my friend's PC.
System details:
Operating System: Windows 10 Pro 64-bit
Motherboard: Gigabyte H310M DS2 2.0
CPU: Intel® Core™ i3-9100F @ 3.60GHz
RAM: 16GB Dual Channel
GPU: GTX 1050 Ti
Storage: 1tb hdd, 256gb ssd
Power Supply: Corsair CV550
Past issue:
Before, the PC used an unknown PSU brand (LUX 550w). The issue was "please power down and connect the pcie for this graphics card". After replacing the PSU with a Corsair, it worked.
Current issue:
After some hours of use, the PC restarts randomly and enters the Windows Recovery loop. It functioned properly during long heavy usage at home.
What is the problem and what should I do?
Thanks in advance.

You might be having an issue with your BIOS, what BIOS version are you on for your motherboard? It's possible that you might be having a grounding issue as well. You were able to use the PC on another abode, on another wall outlet.
You might want to try and backup your mission critical info off of the OS drive and reinstall the OS after recreating your bootable USB installer to rule out a corrupt installer.
