No document provided, I can't access it. My bios won't let me use it either, as HP has locked it.

I possess both kinds but utilize a standard SATA SSD. The drive status remains stable and I've completed the DDU process.

It seems like the device is built for poor performance if it's a locked OEM PC.

In short: you're using an HP prebuilt desktop with frequent stuttering and low FPS. You have two RAM DIMMs but can't overclock or enable advanced profiles due to memory limits. Your game files are on a SATA SSD that's working fine, according to HWInfo. You've tried Windows 10 updates, DDU, and are now checking AMD Adrenaline. Are your games and the operating system running together on the same SATA connection? Do you experience crashes, restarts, or other issues while using other programs? Are there any background processes during gameplay? Have these problems persisted or worsened over time? Which specific games are affected? Are some titles more prone to these issues than others? With HWInfo, can you review the GPU section for PCIe version and data rate details? We can also use HWInfo to see if CPU, GPU, or both are under strain, using full power, or overheating during games.
