I’ve experienced random restarts when playing specific games and executing the Heaven Benchmark program. I brought my computer to a repair shop, but they were unable to reproduce the problem after testing the same games and running Heaven Benchmark extensively. I’ve located older discussions about this issue online. I'm seeking any insights or potential solutions regarding this unusual situation.

Specifications:
Power Supply Unit: EVGA SUPERNOVA 850 G3 80 Gold plus
Motherboard: ASUS Maximus VIII Hero
Processor: i7 6700k @
Graphics Card: ASUS GeForce GTX 1060 Turbo
Memory: Corsair Vengeance 16GB (2x8)
Cooling System: Captain Genome Cooling system

Could you try testing the computer at a different electrical outlet in your house? Problem - The personal computer stops working unexpectedly during gameplay (graphics card). My desktop computer is randomly turning off and restarting when playing games. I’ve performed tests on both the central processing unit and graphics card, and it seems to fail only during the graphics card tests. Temperatures are within a normal range for both components, and the computer is kept clean with no dust buildup. It’s running at its original settings. (Source: forums. It appears there might be an issue with your home’s electrical system. Consult a qualified electrician.

I've considered that possibility. I’ve explored alternative solutions, but the issue remains unresolved. I plan to enlist a companion to assist me.

Are there any new developments? In fact, I'm experiencing the identical problem.

The store incorrectly identified the problem. Replacing the power supply resolved the issue.
