I chose to experiment with overclocking recently. I had an R5 4600G and pushed it up to 4.1 GHz, kept the voltage stable. It worked for a short time, then my computer began restarting unexpectedly when under stress. I restored the BIOS to its default settings, but the issue persisted. The clock speed continues to rise even though it lists a base speed of 3.7 GHz. My PC restarts on its own, and temperatures stay normal during load. Some applications and games are failing to run properly. I'm new to tech overall, just started about a year ago. Help would be really appreciated.

No problem, I'll give it a shot. I also saw the VGA debug light change color before it restarts, then back to white, and the boot light flashes briefly.
