Details: Intel i3 12100F Lian Li Lancool 205 Mesh MSI PRO H610M-G CPU cooler Team MP33 1TB ADATA XPG SPECTRIX D41 3200 2x8 PowerColor RX 6600 Performance issues: After a month of regular use, I observed that occasionally when I powered down the PC through Windows and tried to restart, it would fail to turn on completely. No fan noise or indicator light appeared. This occurred roughly three to four times during the month following purchase. Usually, I could get it back online by unplugging cables, holding the power button for 10 to 30 seconds, letting it rest for half an hour, then reconnecting and pressing the button again. However, this time it only worked twice—on those instances the fan and LED lit up, and the PC would power on automatically after flipping the I/O switch on the PSU, rather than relying on the power button. After returning to the store for testing, it started without problems using their PSU power cable. Possibly the original power cable was faulty. I replaced it with a new one and it functioned identically at home. The problem isn’t with the hardware since it passed initial checks, nor with the PSU or the connection point. Another observation: when the PC initially booted, there were no disruptions—no freezes, no restarts, everything worked smoothly.

Have you changed your BIOS settings? That would be a solid first step.

Are you certain the wall outlet is correctly grounded? Just because it has a grounded cord connection doesn’t guarantee proper grounding. It’s not necessarily the case to assume this is the issue, but at this stage you have nothing to risk and everything to benefit. Before connecting electronics to a wall outlet, I always use a wall plug tester to verify the grounding and wiring.

kb5zue highlights a chance the device is drawing power from the outlet itself. Are you connected directly to a wall socket or via a power strip?

My phrasing might be off a bit there... The issue begins around a week after purchase. It's unpredictable. Not after the first month. It's happening while I'm in the initial usage phase.

I'm afraid I dont know whether it is properly grounded or not. (Considering the place where I live) I'll check if we have similar tool to check the wall socket.

I attempted to connect it in this order: power strip, surge protector, wall socket, surge protector, then directly to the wall socket. None of these worked.
