I just got Black Ops 3 from Steam, but whenever I try to launch it, it says it's running yet nothing happens. I checked that all files were downloaded and even Task Manager shows it's active in the background. When I started it once, my screen went black and it didn't work, so I forced quit. Now it only appears in the background when I load it again. It doesn't matter if I click yes or no in Safe Mode—it still won't load properly. Any suggestions without reinstalling?
I've already restarted my PC, but I'm still having trouble reinstalling the game—it's taking a long time.
