My PC functions smoothly until I power it off. I own a B450 Tomahawk Max with an AMD Ryzen 3 3300X, 16GB RAM and a GTX 1660Ti. I’ve been using this machine for a few months now and only recently started noticing the issue. When I shut down, my monitor turns off while the rest of the system—CPU fans, case fans, RGB lights—continues to operate. I see the CPU fan speed increase after shutdown, but the motherboard shows a CPU bug light. If there was a problem with the CPU, wouldn’t it prevent the system from starting?
