The PC frequently freezes while playing games.
Hello,
I recently purchased a computer approximately five months ago.
Specifications:
Intel i5-866k 3.6GHz (6 cores)
GeForce Cerberus 1070Ti
240GB Kingston SATAIII V300 SSD
16GB DDR4 RAM
Cooler Master 700 watt 80+ PSU
During gameplay, which occasionally occurs within seconds or takes several hours, my PC frequently crashes and both monitors (or displays) turn off abruptly (or become black). I briefly hear a sound before complete silence. The system remains powered on until I manually shut it down by holding the power button. I've checked my temperatures and found nothing unusual (the GPU peaked at 67 degrees Celsius), and I can successfully perform stress tests. Can anyone offer assistance?
Furthermore, the stability assessment revealed only an improper Windows shutdown, with each crash accompanied by the "bad module appcrash" error.
(Log files are in Dutch but the codes should be consistent.)
