While playing on Discord, the display freezes instantly and I experience a buzzing sound through my headphones. The issue persists until I power off the device. It doesn’t crash in any apps or games, only occurs when streaming my screen on Discord. DxDiag.txt

No obvious issues detected in the Event Viewer or Device Manager. No warnings reported on components. No steps taken yet for troubleshooting.

Providing details about the system would be very useful.

Your computer has enough power to run Discord along with many other applications. I recommend removing and reinstalling Discord as a solid starting point. Also, verify that your drivers are current—focus on chipset, LAN, and Wi-Fi components. Good luck!

It worked several times before I restarted my PC. After leaving it on for a while, it froze and triggered a BSOD with a watchdog violation. A minidump was generated, which I shared with ChatGPT that pointed to a firmware problem causing freezes in the Samsung 990 Pro NVMe SSD. Using Samsung Magician confirmed the need for an update. The official website listed the fix for intermittent freezing issues. ChatGPT might have helped, and I’ll keep an eye out if it happens again; otherwise, it’s resolved.
