Your PC boots into BIOS version 8 when starting Windows, the Windows spin ring gets stuck right away. I've tried a new SSD and reset CMOS and BIOS, but only one RAM stick works in different slots. When I go to the Windows installer from the USB drive, it gets stuck again. Any suggestions?

No updates have been made and safe mode isn’t available. No files are installed, so it’s like starting from scratch. When attempting to run the USB installer for Windows, it becomes stuck.
