I assembled my initial PC last month using a 14700k. Intel released their updates around that time, so I attempted to apply the latest BIOS to fix microcode issues. Each attempt resulted in a failed boot, displaying only a black screen. I experimented with various BIOS versions, reset settings, and even removed the GPU to test stability. The only solution was restoring the original BIOS from the motherboard. Since then, every BIOS update has caused the same problem—successful flashing doesn’t prevent the black screen. I’m concerned about potential hardware stress and would appreciate any guidance or overlooked steps that could resolve this.

You're attempting to execute a specific motherboard installation guide. The instructions mention using the Intel default download and note alternative links exist. It appears you're confirming whether the source is MSI edition.
