The PC fails to start beyond the motherboard display.
Hi, I constructed this system three years ago without any problems, but two days ago it began showing this issue where it won't boot past the Aorus motherboard display. I've tried replacing the CMOS battery, repeatedly pressing the CMOS button, restarting at least 20 times, turning off the power supply, but nothing worked. The motherboard now shows an error code screen indicating B4. It seems to be a Gigabyte Aorus Z390 master, and it occasionally reaches the Windows logo after about 15 minutes. Any advice would be really helpful. Thank you.

It's possible that an overload of USB devices might lead to PCIe problems.
I own hundreds of USB devices, but how could that lead to PCI issues?
It seems you're referring to a situation where multiple devices share bandwidth, potentially affecting performance, much like certain M.2 slots impacting GPU PCI lanes.
