I just got a new gpu (gtx 1060) but my pc doesn’t seem to boot to windows with it. When i boot up the pc it gets stuck on the screen where it says press f11 to enter bios but its just frozen up, so you can’t do anything. It beeps once, which means memory error, but i know this ram worked and i reseated it twice

Adjust CMOS settings now. If unsuccessful, ensure previous drivers were removed correctly. Restart the GPU and power connectors.

I restored the CMOS and replaced the GPU two times, then removed all the drivers using the Windows control panel.

Occasionally the control panels fail and you need to switch to DDU.

It seems the GPU might be the issue. Have you checked its connection and power supply?

Do you have the previous GPU to check its functionality? It might be the GPU itself. What RAM are you currently using? If you could attempt to run one of the other sticks, that would help eliminate memory issues mentioned earlier.
