CPU model is Ryzen 3100, motherboard brand Gigabyte B450M DS3H, GPU GTX 970, power supply Seasonic Focus PX-550. The front panel connectors appear installed properly; turning the power switch on causes fans to spin but the PC doesn't power up—possibly due to a memory training session. It seems the power button isn't working even when pressed firmly. I'm searching my loft for a speaker compatible with post codes. Once found, I plan to disassemble the unit and test components in other machines to identify what's faulty. Hopefully someone has better insight than me.

Have you considered swapping out the power pins? It’s possible the power button is contributing to the problem.

Use any conductive metal part like a knife blade tip; if the power button fails, the small PCB inside the case might be damaged or not working, or the motherboard side could be faulty.
